I played a few games with Rengar using this build and I have to say that this thing is wicked. I was sceptical at first, but over the course of the first 4 minutes I already had 3 kills under my belt. The only reason I died was securing kills under the tower. I agree with emoriam that full crit chance isn't the best option,(while I did use several) I had health and armor as well as mag. resist.

The Bloodthirster, in agreement with the earlier statement, doesn't seem to be the best rush, but it did save me in several instances giving me enough LS to get a double kill under the inhibitor tower, securing an ace, and effectively making the enemy team surrender.

Lastly, I'd like to point out that I know Rengar is an exceptional jungle, but getting more feed in a lane seems to boost his ability to excell in mid-late game.

The reason for building an early Tiamat early on in nearly every situation is that you can shove the lane pretty easily with the item's passive and you can play around the item beautifully with Rengar (auto attack reset, ignoring the animation while leaping if this is still a thing, additional damage to your combo, ...).

Bloodthirster isn't a bad item but it has become a worse item than before on champions like Rengar and assassins. You can use it as a sustain item on AD Carries but it isn't appealing to Rengar anymore especially not if being rushed. Its build path isn't appealing to top laners and it doesn't improve your burst damage compared to other items.

AS/Crit items are terrible on Rengar - they don't fit the champion's value and playstyle.

Upgraded boots? Mention them in the cheat sheet.

Runes? AD/ ArPen, Armor, MR - I wouldn't recommend crit chance Runes to people because you should try to suggest people 1. viable options which synergize with the champion, 2. useful options which are mathematiclly and gameplay-wise probably the best and 3. options you personally prefer if the reasoning is legit, just in case.

Well the only reason i get crit items is for the extra damage. You do 250% damage with Infinity Edge. In my opinion, it's great for killing ADCs because if you do a 2501 damage crit (That's the highest crit i've achieved using this build) you basically one hit an enemy ADC with an Empowered Savagery, and if you don't, you can just Savagery again.

I didn't know Tiamat could reset the animation of the leap. I think i should consider that over Bloodthirster because it allows me to execute my combo faster.

Why would you buy trinity force? Why not get phantom dancer instead or statikk shiv?

Well, when you leap out with Thrill of the Hunt, and Q, it activates trinity force's spellblade. Even though it's a 2 sec CD for the spellblade, your target shouldn't be alive long enough for it to come up again. I think that AA buff really helps when you combine it with Savagery at full ferocity
I added phantom dancer to my situational items
Statikk Shiv? I might need to consider putting it under situational items too because it gives more crit than trinity force and that extra damage when it's fully charged doesn't hurt.

Curious have you watched Ryan Choi play Rengar? If you haven't I highly recommend checking out his youtube channel, he's pretty much the best Rengar player in NA, very fun to watch too.

Thanks! This is my first guide so i don't really know how to use MOBAFIRE yet, like the BB coding and the visual effects :p
But remember to use the crit runes and the same masteries! These things are essential.

Thanks for the tips and how to make my guide look better!
I think i should get ravenous hydra early and then later replace it with Bloodthirster because i want the maximum damage output i can get, and it gives more life steal so in case the enemy team tries to protect the adc i can stay alive long enough to at least kill the ADC.

The shield/AD can be useful, and in a 1v1 scenario the lifesteal might be worth more than Hydra's active, but if you activate the hydra's active during your leap, you essentially get a free 1.0 AD ratio added to your combo. Aside from this, if you want to make the guide look a bit nicer, you can use BBCoding to put visuals for the abilities. In the section where you explain your combo, you can replace the text with the abilities... so instead of:
1. 5 ferocity
2. Ult
3. Wait for the best opportunity to go in (Usually when the enemy carry is alone)
4. Youmuu's
5. Q
6. Leap
7. Q
it would look like this:
1. 5 ferocity
2. Thrill of the Hunt
3. Wait for the best opportunity to go in (Usually when the enemy carry is alone)
4. Youmuu's Ghostblade
5. Empowered Savagery
6. Leap
7. Savagery

Savagery = [[savagery] but with two brackets at the end
