Jungle Route
This is the standard route for this playstyle of Tryndamere.
Blue > Red first for the CD on your Q.
You can Dragon at level 4-5, but I really don't recommend it without your jungler item, dagger, and a pot. When you B first TP to mid inner tower to get right back into the action.
