Ekko Runes
When it comes to Ekko runes, you usually want to go Domination for the electrocute. sudden impact and ravenous hunter for the life steal.
You can also go Precision for more damage and for overall tanky and bruiser qualities.
Sorcery runes are useful on Ekko for the pure AP scaling part of Ekko, but you only want to put them as your secondary rune, gathering storm and absolute focus for lots of extra AP. These are the normal runes you should use in the mid lane.
