Elise is a cool character and has many ways to be played and is quite hard to find a good build for
so this guide is based on how I play her and what I like to build on her, Feel free to comment and give me feedback

This build focuses on being Tanky while also being able to destroy targets fast and easy, Elise in general are also very good on destroying tanks since her abilities scale with how much/little HP they have.

this build can be used while playing Top, Mid or even the jungle just make sure to add a lantern in the beginning.
