you guys can buy the second bloodthirster before the second black cleaver, if you want but i recommend the black cleaver first, or instead of the second bloodthirster you can buy a defensive item that imprvoes both health and armor so your not taling so much damage.

this build is pretty good but i recommend the AD build cause even though your abilities are strong ur damage isn't but this is a complete AP build so, your best bet is to buy some AD items aswell i prefer the AD build though'
