Spells:
Ghost
Ignite
Ability Order
Rising Spell Force (PASSIVE)
Ezreal Passive Ability
Introduction
To explain the summoner spells:
Ghost: I chose this over flash because it helps you get places/get away from places faster and it lasts longer.
Ignite: I chose this because in the midst of battle if one sneaky little guy tries to get out with low health, click him with this, give 'em a kick outta there and he's sure to die.

You get Mystic Shot first, so you can keep your enemies from farming at a distance. Next you get Arcane Shift so you can "flash" a small distance and shoot a homing missile for initiate gank/escape. You get another Mystic Shot to power it up, making you more intimidating, so you can keep them off farm. Then you get Essence Flux because around this time you need to hit champions a bit more. Maxing, you max Mystic Shot first, then Arcane Shift, then Essence Flux, always getting your ult when possible.
Alright, so about the items, get boots of speed and 3 potions, that's just how a lot of builds start, and try to get the Tear of the Goddess on your first back, if you cant make sure to get the Sapphire Crystal first. Next, get boots of cool down, to help with Ezreal's long cooldowns. Next get Manamune for mana regeneration and on hit damage! Afterwards buy a sheen for AP, if you have to choose, most of the time get the Crystal first but it's situational. Afterwards, get the frozen mallet for three things: 1) Health, it helps because of Ezreal's squishyness. 2) On hit damage. 3) Crowd Control, because of Ezreal's no CC you need it. Next get bloodthirster for on hit damage with lifesteal, by now you want some lifesteal so get the Scepter first. Next get the Black Cleaver for some affective on hit damage and armor reductions. You'll have to sell your boots here, for the next item to come to fit. Finally, get Guinsoo's Rageblade for an around-the-clock boost.
