Someone already mentioned for no need to stack Infinity Edges, since unique items don't stack passive abilities. You're better off getting a Bloodthirster if you want extra AD, though to be fair, you might want to consider slightly more defensive items, seeing as your build affords 0 defense. You say Ezreal is squishy. That's no surprise when you factor in all your power goes into offense.
Would try Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist or Greater Glyph of Magic Resist instead of AP Glyphs. Also, focus your Quints more, since that will be your primary buff when you don't have items.
Also, poking does not necessarily lead to overly aggressive play.
to be honest, I think your build is a bit old fashioned. Ezreal is barely played like this any more because it lacks.
u have 4 points in w and 6 points in e lol
And you wrote in the guide in the itemsection about Black Cleaver: "this item can easily be swapped out with another Bloodthirster or if you're rich enough, another Infinity Edge."
Stacking Infinity Edge is pretty stupid. The passive don't stack, so it's better to get Bloodthirster if you want to deal more damage.
Change Manamune to a Trinity Force and Black Cleaver to Quicksilver Sash or Guardian Angel IMO. Trinity Force is superb on Ezreal, and you need some protection as an Carry.
And this isn't Hybrid, because you are full AD, and no AP.
I would also change Quints to 3 Flat AD and full flat AD Reds.
I'm out.
Edit: Oh, glyphs are AP.. I would go for Magicresist. Either flat or /lvl
