Quick Note From Author - DatPolkGai
-Berserker Grieves are a given for his attack speed.
-Trinity force is a main for Ezreal as it is for slows, procs his Mystic Shot, and gives him attack speed which goes with his passive Rising Spell Force.
-Maw of Malmortius is a very good item for a really fragile character.
Early on in games, you may get ganked and that little shield from Hexdrinker may save your life. I got this idea from top laners like Darius, Garen, Jarvan, etc.
-Hextech Gunblade is another item that is unusual on Ezreal and may be used for hybrid characters. I rather pick this item over a bloodthirster for two reasons. 1) Ezreal's Q is ranged and is a physical damage dealer. 2) Ezreal's Essence Flux does magic damage, may as well slow down enemies attack speed while raising his own. In team battles, Essence Flux may be shot down in a giant group giving him spell vamp and also a boost for his teammates.
-Phantom Dancer is for attack speed and also for critical hits. Ezreal gets critical hit from his Trinity Force but it is a low percentage that you will grab a critical. With this, Ezreal can shoot his Mystic Shot while auto attacking boosting his Rising Spell Force.
-Infinity Edge is the final item for Ezreal in my opinion. Why don't I grab it early you may ask. Simple, early on in the game you have like about 200-250 damage with the build above. Rushing Infinity Edge may be good for damage but you have to rush Phantom Dancers to go with his attack speed. You also got to consider the fact of how much team fights you will be in and the spell vamp plus the life steal, with the shield from Maw will protect you later.
