Well,it's just for one reason ezreal isnt clearly not full ADC so i searched for an other build.Everyone was saying about blue build,it was good but Muramana and Last Whisper weren't so usefull so I tryed to make a new build that's like Blue one and I found this build good.
I've done good score with this build I know one thing it's not a fail so I'd like to share this build.I wish u found it helpful.Enjoy it.

Ok,why Flash and Ignite? Because Flash is very useful still if Ezreal has his E many times flash saved me when i had no E and I've tryed to change it with Barrier.It was good but I still think Flash is better.Ignite is the one i take to all damagers u can take the kill when u're dead or u can make a kill without chasing the prey.

The reason i never pick W because... WOW it makes an dmg through the minions SO? it makes like 50 dmg and on low level spends much mana.You say it's more dmg and as more as good,but if u spend the level to full one second time Q insteal of W it makes more dmg than LV1 Q+W.And why i full E instead of W because it has an better range and faster dmg.

I think Ezreal needs ust dmg so u can now understand why I think full dmg Runes are better.If u think he needs some more armour/magic resist or armour/magic pene.,then buy just an item for some...
