Spells:
Flash
Exhaust
Ability Order
Duelist's Dance (PASSIVE)
Fiora Passive Ability
Introduction
I will not be explaining rune or mastery build. same as almost any AD champ
Feel free to comment and vote, hope you find this guide helpful and enjoy playing Fiora :)
Pros
+Distance gap Lunge... TWICE
+Insane attack/movement speed with Burst of Speed
+ Riposte can save your *** when laning against AD carry
+Well targeted and timed ult can devastate enemy team
+Can easily turret dive and even leave harmless
+Easily fed early if played right
Cons
-Very, very, very squishy
-EXTREMELY vulnerable to CC
-Mana hungry if you spam abilities
-Always focused
-Easily kited
Recommended
Flash a must for Fiora! Used mostly to get out of bad situations which you can be easily kited in :D also for catching up enemy
Exhaust used offensive mostly but can save you as well, for example when facing Tryndamere ;)
Ghost chase/escape, always good for Fiora
Not Recommended
Heal while it can save you in some situations this spell is pretty bad for Fiora. you ARE squishy, in the mid/late game if you are dying, you will die whether you use Heal or not
Ignite Q>W>E>Q>R if the target is still alive then your damage probably sucks way too much and even ignite won't finish the target off
Teleport might come handy in some games but I'd rather go with Exhaust or Ghost
Cleance too long cooldown. Not recommended. Better use Quicksilver Sash or Banshee's Veil if facing strong CC team
Rest of summoner speels is useless on Fiora I won't bother mentioning them and you don't bother taking them :)
Basic runes like for most AD champions Greater Mark of Desolation for armor penetration, Greater Seal of Attack Damage for attack damage, but you could go for Greater Seal of Armor for more armor, better sustain vs AD carries, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist for magic rasist not to get instantly shut down by AP burst, Greater Quint of Desolation more armor penetration :D
this is my runes for most AD champions and haven't tried building runes specially for Fiora. Defensive runes might get her a bit more sustainability

Basically it goes Q>E>Q and back for harassment early game. whenever you feel you can kill the target go for it, but don't be kited! better let go target with 20 HP rather than die.
Q>W>E>Q and R in their face to finish off if not dead already :D.
Your target should always be AP/AD carries first which usually stay behind their team but you can initiate on them in team fights even if they are not in your range, just Q on any enemy and Q again towards their carry and ult on him/her immediately (otherwise you will get shut down instantly), after ult is over instant W will block obvious AA at you, and E to finish off. If someone manages to escape thanks to cooldown reduction you will have your Q on to catch up with them.
It is impossible to target you while casting ult but be aware that well placed Cho'Gath's Rupture or Cassiopeia's Petrifying Gaze and similar spells can end your ult!

you might ask: why no Infinity Edge? CDR boots? Trinity Force and no Phantom Dancer?
here's my answer: I relay more on ult because it does high amount of damage to almost whole enemy team and completely destroys a single target. Just relaying on AA and crits is a Tryndamere style and difference between these two are obvious.
Cooldwon on all skills are high so I feel the urge going for CDR boots. The Brutalizer also gives CDR with some AD and armor pen, descent choice at early game.
about Phantom Dancer: attack speed? it is maxed with Black Cleaver+ Madred's Bloodrazor+ Burst of Speed. crit rate? I already said, I don't relay much on crits. movement speed? again my answer is Burst of Speed 15% movement speed stacking up to 3 times
Let's move on then :)
I consider Black Cleaver and Madred's Bloodrazor as core items. Fiora's ult hits 5 times and applies on hit effects so with Madred's Bloodrazor that is -20% of target's health not considering abilities damage! Black Cleaver -15 armor, stacks up to 3 times, so last 2 hits with ult and AA/ Lunge after it are done on a target having -45 armor! Even if you instantly jump on a full health target with your ult it leaves them with no option but to try to escape but you have your Q and E to catch up in no time :) even on tanky champions thanks to this 2 items you will do descent amount of damage.
Bloodthirster for obvious reasons, more AD, Lifesteal (which procs on ult as well). got chased down by AD carry and low on health? turn around and R in their face to see their reaction seeing your health bar after your ult
Trinity Force gives a bit of everything. Since time between first and second Lunge is 4 seconds you can Q your target, instant AA will follow with bonus damage from Trinity Force, wait 2 seconds and Q again :)
But still Trinity Force is more variable for Fiora. If facing strong CC take Banshee's Veil or Quicksilver Sash
