This build is a little close to my teemo build i made, but just ewww on clarity. I have never needed it or had to use clarity.

Solid guide, I build him pretty much the same although I would switch Clarity for Ignite.

Exhaust is unnecesary, since mostly youll come running to your target when you see them blow a trap(which means theyre already slowed). and your dart will blind them. I honestly dont see why to get exhaust?:S
Besides, clarity will make sure you always got the mana for that last dart, or that extra trap, infact late game youll almost be able to use it as a full refill of mana(which will last for about the time it takes you to use it up).

Another Utility option is to switch greed for Insight(improved clarity).

Have you considered something like exhaust instead of clarity? Early game you should have no mana problems unless you're spamming dart, you get mana when you go to buy at 6, and otherwise I don't have mana issues. Exhaust allows you to blind > exhaust (with slow :) ) > 2 seconds > blind. Devastating to a melee toon.

I've been playing Teemo recently, and it's really close to how you have been. Typically I'll skip Rod and get a Lich bane, then Zhonya's, followed by Rylai's (to be a jerk), and then mallet for health. Your guide has shown me how I can optimize my Teemo (rod instead of mallet).
