Skill Sequence

I want to max out Burnout before anything else since it gives you damage and mobility then max out Twin Bite and take once Flame Breath in lvl 4-7 because it gives armor reduction.

Fury of the Dragonborn -Shyvana's melee attacks enhance her abilities.

Twin Bite - Reduces the cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
Burnout - Extends the duration by 1 second to a maximum of 6 seconds.
Flame Breath - Deals 15% of the ability's damage to debuffed targets.
Dragon's Descent - Attacks generate 2 Fury and Shyvana passively gains Fury over time while in human form.

This is your passive. This basically says that whenever you land these abilities onto a target and begin to auto attack them, the passive effect of the ability will go off. So essentially, for your Q, you'll want to keep auto-attacking an enemy to get the Cooldown Reduction. For your W, as long as you are auto attacking something being hit by this ability, the longer your W lasts which is GREAT for team fights, and jungling. This is what makes your Jungling so effective. As for your E, if you hit a target that is already debuffed, this will deal 15% more damage of this abilities damage ratio. Now for your Ult, when you have the ult activated, the more abilities you use and if your abilities hit enemy targets, the longer your ultimate lasts which is definitely what you want :)
Twin Bite - Shyvana strikes twice on her next attack.

Dragon Form: Twin Bite cleaves all units in front Shyvana.
Shyvana strikes twice on her next attack, dealing (+) physical damage on the second attack. The bonus damage is equal to 80/85/90/95/100% of Shyvana's Attack Damage.

This ability is your burst damage in a fight. This ability works so well in team fights while in Dragon Form because it becomes a cleave meaning it will hit another enemy champion if they are close enough to you.
Burnout - Shyvana surrounds herself in fire, dealing magic damage per second to nearby enemies and moving faster for 3 seconds. The movement speed reduces over the duration of the spell.

Dragon Form: Burnout scorches the ground beneath it, enemies on the scorched earth continue to take damage.
Shyvana deals 25/40/55/70/85 (+) magic damage per second to nearby enemies and moves 30/35/40/45/50% faster for 3 seconds. Shyvana's Movement Speed bonus is reduced over time.

Dragon Form: Burnout scorches the earth, continuing to damage enemies that stand on it.

This is your wing condition( A wing Condition is what helps you win in team fights, solo fights.) in team and normal fights because depending on how the fight goes. If you're chasing, not only will they be taking damage but you have a speed increase which will help you catch up to them and take them out more quickly. Be sure to stay close to them and try to auto attack them because the more times you auto attack them, the longer it lasts. While in Dragon Form, this ability will ruin your enemies. You leave a burning trail on the ground which will cause burn damage and if you're in range of them they take even MORE damage! So much damage! This ability is also AMAZING if you and your opponent are low on health and you run from them. They'll be chasing you, trying to kill you and end up taking damage, giving you the opportunity to turn around and finish them before they even have the chance!
Flame Breath - Shyvana unleashes a fireball that deals damage to the first enemy it encounters and leaves cinders on the target that reduces their Armor for 4 seconds.

Dragon Form: Flame Breath engulfs all units in a cone in front of her.
Shyvana unleashes a fireball that deals 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.6) magic damage and burns 15/15/15/15/15% of their Armor for 4 seconds.

Dragon Form: Flame Breath engulfs all units in a cone in front of her.

In human form, this ability is useful if you get the skill shot off because it will reduce the armor of your opponent, giving you the opportunity to burst them down a bit. Although the damage is weak, it leaves them open for even harder hits from other abilities. In Dragon Form, this ability will become a cone attack meaning you will hit MULTIPLE enemies to burn through their armor giving you AND your team the oppportunity to finish them more quickly. Still, kind of weak damage is the only down side.
Dragon's Descent - Shyvana transforms into a dragon and takes flight to a target location. Enemies along her path take damage and are knocked toward her target location.

Shyvana passively gains Armor and Magic Resistance. Defensive bonuses are doubled in Dragon Form.
Active: Shyvana transforms into a dragon and takes flight to a target location. Enemies along her path take 200/300/400 (+0.7) magic damage and are knocked toward her target location.

Passive: Shyvana reinforces her scales, increasing her Armor and Magic Resist by 15/20/25. Defensive bonuses are doubled in Dragon Form.

This ability is AMAZING for ganks. The unsuspecting enemy champions wont expect you to fly into their proximity as a flaming dragon, taking them by surprise and sending them into a panic. Another thing you could do is that your Burnout has Synergy with your Ult,Dragon's Descent, because you can turn on Burnout, then dive into an enemy and you'll leave a burning trail behind you and you'll already have them in your Burnout radius. This is also a good ability for diving into low on health enemy champions especially if you time it right and hit into the enemy team because when you land, you will hit them for tons of damage. Also, if used right, you can use this ability to push an enemy INTO your team for an easy kill. While in this form, you gain increased stats and abilities as I have detailed in the text above.

Summoner Spells

You can get smite if u like to jungle a lot but I don't think it's necessary since you already loose money and exp if you jungle before u get the wriggler's lantern..

Another option is exhaust but I prefer ignite because dps champions will be running away from you in team fights and all the nukes are going to focus you.
