You will have to work on the way your guide looks, you make good use of BBCoding but that is it.
There is something called which you can use to well, center the text. Don't forget to write when you do not want to center it anymore.
You could sort the lane match up list by name, which will make it easier to find.
That's it ^^
My ratings:
Appearance: 6/10
Cheat Sheet: 8/10
Contents: 8/10
That goes for a 7,3 overall. Gratz with my upvote!
Guide looks better :) I like the improvements and I hope you keep improving it! I'll upg you to Good for now and give you the +1 since I have seen some BIG improvements! I mentioned above some pretty good things you can improve/add hope it helps, and remember if you got anymore questions just PM ME! Also yes I do, do RE RE REVIEWS!
Sorry man but, Needs Improvement don't mean to hurt you with the -1 but, I will re-review it if you ask :), Take a look at what I mentioned and at the bottom I put the top 5(well made a 6th but it's more of a personal thing) things I would improve.
Ok I am sorry to say but, you sir have to IMPROVE A LOT! You need to go more in depth with a lot of stuff because it is to short. You will want to fix all the little errors I mention because it might throw some people off with the different level per skill thing. I would add more laning match ups but, save that for later right now I would suggest working on these things first!
1. Spell, I usually don't harrase people about this but, there was a lot of mistakes that were really noticeable in titles ect.
2. PUT GUNBLADE FIRST! IT IS WHAT MAKES KAT KAT! Also work on the item build a little
3. Add a few more items and why they are good
4. Go a little more in depth with the what to do early-mid-late
5. Mention a bit more about your skills and how to use them and how to harrase, also don't call a spell useless!
6. Cut the BM out seriously don't, **** talk people it's stuff like that which makes the community suck(the kill the enemy team moral thing)!
That is the main thing I would Fix with your guide :) I hope this helps, Sorry for the -1 just there was to many mistakes :(. If you fix a few things then I will review the guide again if you ask for it...YES ANOTHER FULL REVIEW, seriously even if it takes another 2 reviews i'd be glad to do it as long as you constantly improve the guide :). Also yes I was raging a little at some points...screw cheaper boots if they aren't ment for the champ!

always consider flat mr runes tho
and i wouldnt build rylais on her (but thats a matter of taste)
apart from that you should decide weather to build rylais or gunblade. I feel both is kinda overkill
no flamt mr/flat armor allow your opponent to push you out of lane with ease because kat has very low earlydmg (pre lvl4 she practically does nothing)
i know you didnt mean to but in your runesection you posted manaregen blues^^ better change that
i dont see at all why you put so much emphasis on cdr, because in fights only your ultimate really benefits from that (if you dont get the reset you will be useless anyways, might aswell go for the damage to ensure you get a kill!)
flat spellpen stacks perfectly with flat reduction/spellpen, so imo sorcshoes are the perfect choice on her in almost any scenario plus against opponents without flat mr you will want those early to effectively reduce your opponents mr down to 1 !!!
I don't know how you lane with those runes and i dont think any1 could play that way at higher lvl of play
apart from katarina being hardly viable anyways (I still play her alot and wuv her deeply!)
greez sam
Title of your guide: The title of your guide could be changed, for instance to "Game over in the blink of an eye (AP Katarina)". This will make your guide a little more spicy, and will look a little more professional. Remember grammar, it will draw readers to your guide.
Rune setup: I would recommend that you put Marks first, Seals second, Glyphs third and Quintessences last, like you see them in your rune explanation chapter. This is the standard order most people use, so having them in that order will appeal to most people.
Item setup: Not much to be said here, it's quite detailed, and pretty useful for when someone just alt+tabs to look for the next item they should buy. Good job.
Skill order setup: It works, and you have the correct skills in the correct places. Good job.
Chapter titles: If you notice, some of your title does not start with a Capital letter. This creates a little unbalance and looks less professional than if you had Captial letters. Examples are: "introduction" should be "Introduction", "pros/cons" should be "Pros/Cons" etc.
Introduction chapter: Very short, nice, I like guides who get straight to the point, and only has the most necessary part in their introduction. Remember to check the grammar in this chapter. For instance, "kat" should be written "Kat" since it's a name, even though it's shortened down. It just looks more professional.
Pros/Cons chapter: It's short and small, so people should get the general idea. Using code like columns would be nice though, check out jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide if you want to know how to use it.
Masteries chapter: Again, a bit short, which can be good in some places, but in masteries, you should always tell why you take that mastery over another. In this section you just explain what's convenient with the masteries you choose, explain why they are better than another choice of the same tier.
Runes chapter: The part where you confess you're level 25, is better fitted at the top in the introduction, as it has nothing to do with runes. The fact that you haven't tested them out yet doesn't add to your credability either ;) Again, check grammar, there are a few very basic grammar mistakes in this chapter.
Summoner spells chapter: This is one of your better chapters, since you explain every summoner spell, instead of just the two you use. That's great! Remember to check grammar in this chapter too, especially Capital letters after ":".
Skills chapter: This section needs some work. I kind of looks like a giant wall of text, but fear not, all you have to do is make a space between every skill explanation. For example, when you are done explaining
Core items chapter: Nice and short, but lacks reasoning (like with the masteries, add why you chose these boots over other boots, for example). Also do a spell-check.
Alternative items chapter: Pretty nice, but it doesn't quite align with the core items chapters, because the items are smaller. I'd recommend making either icons for alternative items too, or remove the icons from core items. Again, there are some minor spelling errors here.
Early game/Mid game/Late game chapters: This section could with some cleaning, it's great that you imagine a perfect game where everything goes as you planned, but the laning phase doesn't end when you're level 6, some laning phases last until level 11 or more, and some end right away because of constant lane-switching etc. Also check your spelling errors, and add some spaces between your sections.
A nice vid (not my build) chapter: Grammar errors.
Great thx to joovoo chapter: Some minor grammar errors here too, and you should switch the title to "Great thanks to Joovoo" (his name is with a Capital letter too).
Summary chapter: Grammar errors, but otherwise pretty useful.
I hope that gave you a better understanding of what you need to improve, and I can't wait to see the changes you'll make :)
Sincerely,
Kurt Ottman.
