I came up with this build a while ago, having faced Garen mirror and realising my old build wouldnt cut it anymore. After that, I created this build and have found that, while you can apply it to other champions, it is perticularly effective with (and against) Garen. I've used it on many occasions and if you find yourself against and AP champ in top, build a Health/Magic Resistance Item instead of your Randuins Omen. Then continue your build as planned. I hope this bring fresh hate to the many Garens of the world, as it has done for me.
