Introducing Garen, no sweat.

Allright ladies, what you do is simple.

With your Runes and Masteries set, you start the game with a Cloth Armor and 5 Red Soda's and level your W first.
90 Armor at start, the enemy top will be your masseuse.

You will play passive, don't make a fool of yourself.
Get to level 3 while leveling Q and E no picking order.
Then start to poke, by using Q to go in, then E. Use your W when the silence is over, that's when your masseuse will try to make damage.
Walk away, because he is a fly.
Proceed this poke-combo, and throw in a nice R from time to time.

I can assure you you will **** on this enemy top, whoever he thinks he is.
If you don't, alt f4 and uninstall.
