Fat And Hard:
Starting Items
Basically for your starting items you want to start out as tanky as possible because you want to out sustain the enemy laner. I recommand the Doran's Shield dorans shield for my fresh niggas in league just because it gives a nice all around stats but for all my other niggas role with the other starting items. Most of the time your lane will be another AD champion so its ok.

However not everyone is going to be a AD top. Common non-AD champions you will find pre-30s MOST likely be the annoying scumbag all time... TEEMO. However just don't worry just buy some Health Potion to counter his poison,TRUST.
Main Items
Just get them,TRUST.
Extra Items
I recommend the sunfire cape since you gave up damage for hard tankiness. The cape provides a good source of long-term damage. If the team is heavy AD go atmas, if heavy AP Maw of Mort. Frozen Mallet is for a being an annoying tanky guy by slowing everyone you see and being more FAT with the extra HP.
