Harrasing

Make sure that your position is good so you can harras your enemy using your E then Q.

Farming

Farm with your E and Q if u want to harras the enemy make sure that u are at half minions wave so you can hit all minions and your Enemy.

Carrying the game

If you want to carry a game with vladimir you have to push your lane faster as you can and move from top to mid - taking a kill mid will give a big advantage to your mid laner so you both can gank bot lane. If they start pushing your top ping your jungler to go in.

Escaping ganks and bad situations

If you get ganked at lvl 3 you can easy escape using Ghost and then using W for jungler like Jarvan/Lee/Sejuani. You shouldn't let them to use any CC on you cuz it may make their gank succesefull. If you are getting babysitted you should put 2 wards and counter gank their jungle. If you pushed the lane so much and you are getting ganked from tri-bush and river you should fight if you are strong enough (late game).

Engaging

If you start solo fight at top lane DON'T engage with your ultimate cuz your opponent can use Flash or run away. Vladimir is pretty strong for harrasing so make sure that you have ur W and opponent has lower health than you.

Jungling and Counter-Jungling

If you are owning your top and keep dominanting him you can take your Blue buff for CD reduction. If you pushed to their tower or if you destroyed it and have warded tri-bush and river you should go to their red and steal it.
