The only reason I started the all doran's build was to maximize my early game domination. Doran's provides not only health and damage but also a certain amount of health regeneration, although not noticeable with one doran's blade after the forth doran's blade the screen will show that you are increasing actively generating health after every hit. Also for Aatrox every third hit regenerates your health based on your damage. This makes Aatrox an extraordinary jungler, also his passive makes him an extraordinary ganker and since his passive is based upon how much base health you have you will be able to take turret hits without any problems or worries. By taking advantage of this build after getting both buffs you will be able to gank extremely effectively. Even turret dive before lvl 6.

Surprisingly if you keep the all doran's build not only will you not fall but you will also get kills mid and maybe even late game(never got to late game with JUST dorans), but rememeber to BUILD out of doran's. Don't just sell all your doran's and start building your real items. Usually you'll see GG at mid game but you are always guaranteed a kill and early game dominance with this build. GLHF.
