Ranked Play

Gnar is really strong in Rankeds, because of his strong Combos! He just has to wait till his Fury is almost full then do Flash and E and you have a big, a very big range, to come into the Teamfight and to CC the enemies then with your Ultimate, it would be best if you could throw the enemies against a wall with your Ultimate, because then they are stunned for some seconds.

Also it's very useful to Play Gnar as a Poke-Champion. If your Team is full of Poke-Champions or your Team doesn't want to fight, ...... No Problem!, ....... Gnar is Allrounder! He also has Poke skills with his Q!

You can Play Gnar as a Poke-Champ, as a Teamfight-CC-Champ or as an aggressive Solo Carry on the Toplane, which splitpushes the lane and destroys everything what Comes to him.

If you want to Play with this aggressive Playstyle of Gnar, you Need to build like this also. I mean, build full Attack Damage, Critical Strike, Critical Chance and Attack-Speed.
Some Items like Blade of the Ruined King or Bloodthirster fit perfectly to this Playstyle!

Good Luck in your Rankeds!

Farming

Farming with Gnar is easy! Farm in the early in Lane as fast and as much as you can! If the enemy trys to trade with you poke him with your Q! And maybe hit him 2 more times so that you get the extra damage on him and you gain the Movement-Speed!
In Mid-Game you can farm with Mega-Gnar if you get Gnar's Passive fast full!
In Late-Game you are a Teamfight-Monster or a Splitpushing-Monster or a Poke-Monster and you are very hard to kill. You get much farm with your Mega-Gnar and have got much kills most likely!
