At this point you can either back and reset if low, or complete harvesting your camps. Or, if the enemy jungler is down or you have tracked them, enter their jungle and use your control ward and stealth wards to mark buffs.
Stealing enemy camps if the enemy jungler is behind is KEY to shutting them out of the game and only possible if you maintain vision inside their jungle.
If low elo, it is also important to type and spam ping your copy buffs because none of your teammates know how your passive works because nobody picks this god forsaken champ below plat.
As the game progresses, use Daisy to scout out areas and space yourself between enemies. It is important to wait if you are close to level 11 or 16 before you sumnmon daisy because at each level her HP doubles, and cooldown decreases GREATLY.
Late game you can use Daisy as a buffer between yourself and the enemy or between the enemy team and yours. If you want to engage you can shield Daisy and throw her onto enemy carries and have your team initiate. (Yasuo synergizes well as he can ult from Daisy's knockup.) Just be aware that Daisy will melt if the enemy team focuses her, so throw her onto them just before your team goes in so she can deal passive damage while your team is being focused.
Late game your shield will have a ~4 second cooldown. Shield priority and order is as follows:
Tank/Daisy for initiate
Low HP/Teammates being hard focused
Carries/Squishies
While it might be instinctual to just spam shield carry, only do so if they are being focused. Your shield's explosion does a ton of DMG and CC when combined with Rylai's and is very useful if you can land it on the entire enemy team.
Items wise I think that Rylai's and Ardent are 100% must buys on Ivern. He scales incredibly well with AP as it increases his overall damage (all abilities and including auto attacks when brushmaker passive is active) and Rylai's will actually proc on HIS AUTO ATTACKS AND DAISY'S. Thus, Rylai's is a spectacular item and first item boost.
