Athene's Unholy Grail for Morello's Evil Tome if you wish and if you feel the need.I like
Zhonya's Hourglass because it grants 100 AP and a nice active, but if you wish, you can buy another Rabadon's Deathcap or a Rylai's Crystal Scepter to make the targets easier to hit.Don't even think about buying
Lich Bane on a squishy full AP cd reduction Gragas build.
Runes
Buying HP runes will make
Gragas weaker since he doesn't really need HP (just stay behind your team, trust me, they won't start running for you since you can Blink + Body Slam)
Farming
Gragas is an excellent farmer, so try to stay behind and farm with Barrel Roll on minions and do some harassing in the same time.If you're a good player with Gragas, you won't need
Body Slam until mid-late game so that you'll be able to farm even better. Don't fear ganks too much since you can evade them easily after you have at least 1 point in Body Slam
Team Work
Gragas since you can harass them until they have little health, then you Body Slam near them and fast throw your Explosive Cask to kill them. Explosive Cask is awesome when there are a lot of enemies tower hugging, but try to aim it good so that you can push them at your team.If one of your team mates has low HP and he's being chased, don't hesitate to throw an
Explosive Cask at them to throw them away or if it's only one enemy, use Body Slam to slow him.
Pros / Cons
- Can deal tons of damage
- Extremly good harassment
- A very good farmer
- Can solo a lane 1v2
- He's passive is anti-harassment, it rocks early, mid and a little late game
- Very good escape mechanism
- He dominates a lot of champions, specially the low HP mages
Cons:
- Kinda Squishy
- Sometimes you can get really annoying so people will focus you
- Not so good against healers with medium-big health, but you can buy morello's if you wish
