Pros / Cons
-good player is very set on champions with kite and heal people
-the enemy is very weak vs. you
-when you fight you can trade with autos and spells in lane to win lane and team fights
Cons
-the enemy team is essentially forced to focus you at the beginning of fights as you make it generally impossible to blow up your carry or widdle down anyone with poke so the potential to be heavily focused is quite high.
