I'm surprised this guide isn't ranked higher! I was using the other one last night and couldn't find a good item set to keep up with. With this one I never run out of mana as long as I remember to hit my q every few seconds. Good job and hope this gets more up-votes!

Thanks. I might need to update it some, though. Crystalline Flask got a cost increase since the original posting of this build, and it sort of isn't worth it anymore imo. I think Faerie Charm, wards, and potions are probably the safest start now, though sometimes I start Sapphire Crystal and Health Potions. A charged up tear keeps her full of mana for a long time, so the flask would be just for health at that point, and it sets your build back. But if you don't get the flask, you really need Health Potions for the early game, at least until you can fit in some bonus health.

Doran's Ring seems kind of strong as an alternative mana solution as well, but then there's not as much point in getting AAS.

I love using Cass, and this guide has really helped me get back into LoL after a long hiatus!

No. The item isn't any good in cass, you're too busy casting and being out of range.

Hmmm, maybe. It's sort of a luxury item in that by the time you WEQE, you often have to start running instead of throwing in a basic attack. Move speed is handy though. I should probably add Furor enchantment to the build, which gets you the move speed much more cheaply.
