Summary
With 44% increased healing from masteries and items, lifesteal and Xin's passive, you'll be healing for amounts that will tilt the enemy Vayne super hard!
Take it top lane, mid lane or Jungle, but preferably top. There are some bad matchups however, such as Riven, Renekton, Darius and Swain. If your enemy laner isn't one of those then take HEAL LORD Xin and begin annihilation.
