Hecarim is a rly fun champ, so picking him up is easy. You will never be bored playing him since he is an insane frontliner and he is a speedy boi.
This build and these runes also let u be more idnependent and snowball easier. You basically oneshot 80% of all champs when fullbuild so yeah, hf xd
