Champion Build Guide

So: While you are near your turrets (Q) you get movement speed and from allied towers. Note that while near destroyed allied towers the passive won't grant you this movement speed.

Hitting a champion with E fully charges a turret. Hitting multiple rockets (W) also charges it, up to full. They shoot a beam when it is charged and prioritises champions. if no champion is close enough for a beam to hit them they will just shoot it wherever they are facing at. Note that the turrets won't charge if you are not close to the turrets. After ~15 seconds of not being around a turret they take a lot more damage from all sources, grant less vision and don't attack.

Note: rockets converge on cursor
Note: hitting a rocket does ~60% damage of initial damage
This is how the rockets converge:

So: If you do not hit your E right in the center, they will be slowed instead of stunned, but the slow lasts longer.
Note: The location of E landing reveals area. (Applies for RE)

So: RQ has longer range , less attack speed, grants more vision, lasts for only 8 seconds, has more HP, has AoE damage and does more damage with it's attacks and beams compared to Q.
So: RE does more damage than E and a champion can only be damaged by one Storm Grenade. RE is like throwing 3 E's in a line.
So: RW does a lot more damage than W, but it is harder to hit all of it's rockets since it throws 4 waves.
