About this build.
Feel free to vary the build outside of the "core" recommended build. That is just what is generically ideal. Use the win rate data to inform your decisions on how to vary your build. For example, Mikael's has a very high win rate because it is a situational item you purchase to counter some form of hard CC. Try to consider the state of the game and the compositions of both teams for every item you build.
The only commonly built items that don't have a decent win rate on Blitz are the Spellthief's line of items and expensive boots (sorcs, mercs). Both heavy tank and heavy AP builds see a lot of success, as well as the generic tank/utility/CDR build.
