One of the good things about Pantheon is that he is one of the best Minion farmers in the game,
because og his ultimate can he kill a huge group of minions and at the same time can he easily get a kill on the other teams toplaner when he was pushing
and when he falls down from ultimate can he use his "e" spell to kill the minions that survived the ultimate

If you wanna get some good games with Pantheon then the most important thing to learn is "how to place your ultimate"! If you are at hitting with your ultimate you can own toplane with Pantheon!

The rest of the skills does you learn fast specialy if you are good as champions as Pantheon.

The best way to play Pantheon is being exstremly agrasive and a little bit passiv at the same time and specialy make sure that you get some fast good kills in top (and specialy get first blood its easy and its a good start at the game) and meanwhile get a good minion score and after some time when you got fed then go gank your team Pantheon is an exstreamly good ganker so it will be an nice help for your team and allways make sure that your lane at top isnt getting pushed and then go ultimate it and in that way you get extra minions.

Many other guides says that you shall finish your full items fast but its the worst thing to do almost all i see do that fail and when i do my build i always win (i only loose when i got a bad team)

Pros:
His ulti is an exstreamly good flight metode.
He can almost counter all.
His spear is making him a good harrasment.
His is a good assassin in team fight.

Cons:
He needs alot of skills for his ultimate
he loose alot of mana in early game (if you play if right its not a problem)
