INTRODUCTION

Wellcome Summoners, My name is iFLowNz (in LeagueOfLegends). I am catalan and I have a Youtube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/iflownz.

In this guide you will learn playing Karthus AP Middlane (It's my main and I play it a lot of matches, like 100-200 minimous )

SUMMONER SPELLS

The usual Summoner Spells are Flash and Ignite but I play with Revive and Flash because you can save a losed team fight or take some kills with (R)Requiem.

ITEMS

This is the build I use every Karthus match and I will more than I lose. I think this is the best build for Karthus because It gives a lot of AP, a lot of Mana, and Armor and Magic Resist.

ABILITY

Karthus function in Early Game is FARM. Karthus have to farm 24/7 and when yaou have 200 cs you have to do roaming or help team with te (R)Requiem. If you can, do a KS.

MASTERY

There are the normal masteries of an AP Middlane. 21 poits in Offensive and 9 in Utility.

RUNES

In runes I use:

9x Marks of Magic Resist.
9x Seals of Armor.
9x Glyphs of Ability Power.
3x Quints of Ability Power.

This is the best form for have more AP , MR and ARMOR.

WEAK AND STRONG AGAINST ...

Karthus is weak against:

1# Kassading ( It has a lot of movility and ways to scape )
2# Katarina ( A lot of damage and ways to scape )
3# FIzz ( Pure Damage and Inmortaliti with (E)Playful.

Karthus doesn't conter any champ but It has the Power for do a PENTAKILL. He counter champs with any way to scape.

COMBO IN TEAM FIGHTS

Karthus combo in a Team Figth is:

Use flash into the TF and active the (E)Defile. You will do a lot of Damage. And then use Zhonya and SPAM the (Q)Lay Waste. ONLY WHEN YOU ARE DEATH USE (R)Requiem!

If you do this correctly, you will win the Team Fight.

IMPORTANT THINGS

When you are using the (R)Requiem alive, the enemies can cancel it with a SILENCE or a STUN. So look after in this.
