Flash is really helpful for Alistar . with his and is very effective.
Heal : even though you have a its a great utility to have when you are in sticky situations.
Other summoner spells that you can use :
Exhaust : great for escapees (use this if you think you can lane longer without Heal
Clairvoyance : This is another great tool you can use for more map awareness, counter jungle, and helping out your jungle.
Early game : Mobility Boots (great mobility item for Alistar
Shurelya's Battlesong (Make sure you activate when you need to run or catch up.
Aegis of the Legion (Gives good armor and magic resist with health.
During your mid to late game get : Thornmail (if they are to heavily in AD.
Warmog's Armor if you think you need health.
Force of Nature For those heavily AP users.
Then max Pulverize, Headbutt, and finally the ultimate Unbreakable Will
What all Alistar players should do is first, make sure Flash is ready to go, then you can Flash behind an enemy for example Graves and then Pulverize them , and finally Headbutt them to your turret or partner that has damage and take that kill.
