Introduction
I would go with the Armor Penetration (ArP) marks, because your Q skill deals damage based on your Attack Damage (AD).
On seals, I have the Replenishment Seals, because they grant me the mana regeneration I need to stay on the lane as much as I need. But if you want to have other Seals and get the blue buff, you might wanna try to get the Ability Power (AP) seals.
On the glyphs, try having the Cooldown Reduction (CD) glyphs, because this hero is really good at firing constantly and your Q ability reduces CD's by 1 sec if it hits a target.
I get Magic Penetration (MP) quint's because your W, E, R spells all have Magical Damage.

Well, I tried Ghost/Flash, but it isn't working as well as the Exhaust/Flash combo. Some other Summoner spells you might choose would be:
Ignite It helps on low level, or, on ranked if you are vs a Mundo.
Ghost If you really hate having an Exhaust, Ghost might actually help.
Flash It's a must! It helps you get away even tho you have another "Flash", your E spell.

Well, I usually start of with Q,than getting E,and getting the W,so I can have all abilities in case that our team wants to kill Dragon.
You have to max your Qfirst, in order to get kills out of it, because it is, in my opinion, the main damage ability of Ezreal. Than, max Eto have it on a lower cooldown. It really helps.
Your third spell maxed is Wwhich isn't really something to rely on.
Of course, get your Rat any level you have the opportunity to get it (6/11/16)
