Introducing...
A combination of the Early AD ezreal and the Late AP ezreal, situations that he is a beast.
It is very important to start mid lane and get blue buff as much as you can. Also, last hit minions as much as you can.
With Maxed Build nobody is going to stop you.
I think that the {CheatSheet} isn't showing the stats properly.
Any mistake, question or sugestion, post it bellow.
BTW (this is for the haters) This is my first guide and English isn't my mother tongue.
[*] The Doran's Blade is quite good on early game as the extra damage, hp and life steal helps to stay on the lane and also to play more agressively, which is required if you want a successful game.
[*] Sheen helps a lot with the lack of mana and ganking on early game, as the bonus damage based on your AD from your Q is doubled.
[*] Tear of the Goddess is a must to buy early, if you want to go Hybrid (or AP) because as soon as you get the maxed bonus mana, you might have Ionian Boots, Manamune, Archangel's Staff (as it is important to get Manamune first because AD ezreal does a lot of damage on early game) and going for Lich bane, which are the items that makes him deal lots of damage.
[*] The Ionian Boots of Lucidity makes a lot of difference. I don't recommend any other boots, because the cooldown reduction helps a lot on hunting, spamming Q, W and E, as well as R (which might be used to stop minions, if it is a critical situation)
[*] Lich Bane is a must after Arch Staff. Just with the four basic items (Ionian Boots, Manamune, Archangel's Staff and Lich Bane) Ezreal hits 850+ with Q. And if you are hunting someone and you have to reach him and still do a lot of damage, use ezreal's E, and your basic attack might finish off your enemy with a 500+ damage.
[*] Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Hextech Gunblade are optionals. You might want to change it for The Black Cleaver, or Rabaddon's Deathcap, or any other of your preference and gives you a breach to ocasional items. But these two are my preference on the overall.

Pros
[*] W, E and R deals much more damage Than AD builds.
[*] Depending on which of the other two items you choose, Q might deal more damage than any AD build. It might not hit more than a Late AP build.
[*] W and E become more agressive and harmful skills on mid and late game.
[*] Early, Mid and Late game constantly efective, dealing lots of damage. (comparing to AD, which is better on early and mid game, but depending on the other team it might not be so good, and comparing to AP, which is efective late game but very bad considering damage dealt on Early and Mid).
[*] Almost impossible to have no mana.
[*] Extremely Spammable and Nuky on the ALL game.
Cons
[*] Less effective than AP on Late game.
[*] Less effective than AD on Early and Mid game.
[*] Requieres AP and AD build experience.
