Yasuo can be very strong but,not agaist the Ice Witch.your ult and w wrecks him a lot,and if you run with exaust on spells,Yasuo really don't stand a chance agaist her.
Zed
Zed is very powerful,but like yasuo,zed really can't beat lissandra,cause her ult puts her on a stasis like zhonyas,so zed don't have potencial to kill her solo in any stage of the game,her W prevents him to change with shadows,so Lissandra Beats him,and beats Hard.
Fizz
Fizz can be Scary at lv 2 or 3,be careful until 6 and he cannot do anything agaist you.Your ult block his entire combo.You must wait for the right time,and he will waste everything on you,for 0 damage and will receive a Frozen tomb on the face.
Ahri
Ahri Outranges Lissandra,but still winnable for both.It's more "Who gets combed first dies".Skill Match-up.For this match,Build Abissal Scepter.
Azir
Azir is a Very strong laner and can Punish every second you for try to last hit or staying on the same place for some seconds.For this match-up i recommend Build some tanky and ask Jungler's help.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia rework is really strong,and the buffs on the passive made her a bit more strong earlygame,and she outranges you hard...She can wreck your day,counter you engage and do awesome sustained damage.Never underestimate her potencial .Ask Jungler help,and try to build boots early to dodge her noxious blast.
Anivia
Anivia is your Worst nightmare.Avoid this match-up.but if you fall somehow in this match,try to team-up with your jungler to kill her multiple times before 6.And for this match,Pray for your God.
Brand
Brand is a pain in the ass for Lissandra,he outranges you,he do Way more damage than you,and is easy to land his skills on you due the fact that lissandra's hitbox is little big and quite slow.avoid this match up.
Diana
Before 6,she is a crap.Post 6 you can do nothing to stop her all-ins if you don't killed her and denied farm from her.If not,You will be lucky if don't die 2-3x to her in the lane phase post 6.
Kassadin
Avoid This match up.Kassadin can mitigate your entire damage with his passive and the magic shield from his Q,and will outsustain you in the lane and poke you down slowly,and you can't escape from him thanks to his Rift Walk(r)Please avoid tis match up.If you can't,Play really safe post 6.
Katarina
Like almost every assassin,lissandra dominate thanks to the giant lockdown in her kit.Katarina can't do much with lissandra having a targeted Stun,and Katarina is melee,this makes really easy to hit ice shards on her face.
Orianna
Orianna outranges lissandra hard,so this lane will be a farming lane because if you try to trade,you will always lose in the lane.Wait for jungler and use your kit to engage her.
Viktor
Viktor is a Nightmare for almost all mid laners...Try to hit ice shards every time he auto atack to farm,try to dodge the death ray,Build Abissals and Mercury.Play really safe.
LeBlanc
Now her W got nerfed,is easy to catch Le blanc with W and r and burst her down.be careful with the combo with two Chains.it's a great lockdown and always put wards to not be caught by surprise by her.Because her damage is still there.
Ekko
Jesus Ekko is really annoying.But you still have a great lockdown to prevent he from ult for some seconds,this is valuable later in the game.Play safe
Cho'Gath
Try to not fight cho until you have at least morellos.But Choga'th is weak to ganks,and lissandra is great on set up for it.Call Jungler help,if he can't help only wait for morellos and spam Q.
Ziggs
Annoying to play against.He outranges you hard,have a great control in the battlefield and a semi-global ulti that does Tons of damage.I recommend to not Pick lissandra against him.

Lissandra is a champion that can Build Glass Cannon and do tons of damage and high cc and be fragile,or build a more tanky build with less damage BUT more utility with Rod of Ages,Abyssal Scepter,Rylai's and Liandry's.I Prefer build Glass Cannon.

Lissandra's Laning phase is "ok" if you play passive,but she was't made to play passive.Your Kit is to really dominate and bully your opponent,and you can be really agressive because your passive giving a free spell,the low cooldown of ice shard and your magical awesome skill Glacial path to escape ganks,just remember to try to deceive the enemy using your E in one direction and walk in another direction,the will never know wich direction you will take really,and this can open a GREAT distance between you and they.Hit Ice shard every time the enemy walks in the range to farm.auto atack and Q.It's easy to farm and harass effectively with lissandra.

Lissandra's farming capability is awesome,great Pusher,and great power of harass. Mid-late game you really can destroy the entire wave with Q+W.Try to hit the last hit in position to hit your Ice Shard hit te enemy laner,remebering that if the Ice shard.Hits an enemy,it will go further and extend a little the range making easier to harass,and Lissandra's Q do go beyond minions.

Lissandra's power to roam is awesome.You can't deny the fact that she have a great mobility and a Giant gapcloser,as well TWO AoE Hard cc's.is great to gank side lanes for unespected angles,and with your power to lockdown someone with your Frozen Tomb and Ring of frost.
