Graves is unquestionably the strongest Marksman . If you play it super well , you dont die and maybe even get a 1 for 1 lvl 6 , but hes likely to outdamage you in laning phase

Basic Information and Supports
I could talk about so much stuff but lets keep it short . She is a really aggressive snowbally ADC , who loves to fight and blow stuff up . She needs Items because she scales REALLY WELL into late game , but her early is strong too . She can pretty much solocarry Games , which is a quality that makes a high-tier ADC in my opinion . She needs a good support and is super dependent of him as you cant just walk up ( unless ur 25/0) and do DMG . I think she works super well with Braum and Tresh , Nami is fine too . Blitz is also very good with her , but you wanna hard engage , and he can only hook and kill one guy . Leona is perfect , as you will kill everyone lvl.6 and you can chain your cc with her Q and your E .
Cons of Jinx
this One Big bad point about her is : mobility
Shure he has her passive , but only if she kills somebody / gets an assist .
Having no mobilty is super cruel as an ADC as it makes you more vulnerable to assassins and other guys . You pretty much have to wait in Teamfights until everythings burned to safely try to get some DPS out .
