Rush a BF, then build into Blood Thirster. Get your Berserker's Greaves then go into a Phantom Dancer. Get your infinity edge. If the other team is going armour heavy then get last whisper. If they're going ap get Maw of Malmortius. Finish off with another bloodthirster to really pound the other team to the ground.
