MR and Tenacity goes a long way
Get Doran's Shield and Second Wind
If the game drags out long enough you eventually outscale her but early and mid game she's a nightmare

W dodges your E and R
Either get defensive or scaling runes and stay back and farm don't overextend, get teleport or ghost secondary and either start Doran's Shield or Cull first
