This build will bring you lots of farm, and with the attack speed you will be doing two attacks per second according to stats. However with the Runaans hurricane your actually doing 4 attack per second. That's why I make it my second item. If my lane phase proves I need more movement speed the I will buy my boots first and Runaans second. Plus with the life steal added to the attack speed you wont ever have to worry about health. This build with skills can devastate your enemy. 1v1 will be no problem specially after you buy your blade of the ruined king. I have even 1v3 with this build and walked out alive.

Farm is always important. unless the kill is going to be confirmed early game you don't need it as long as your keep your cs high. once you get your first three items kills will come naturally with team fights. Once you get both life steal items your pretty much unstoppable.

Now I only buy health pots for early game. once I get a bloodthirster there is no need for them anymore. if your supp sucks and is not placing vision then buy wards... yes i know it sucks and takes away from your feed but vision will save your life.
