Mordekaiser is op with this build, trust me, you win lane almost alwais. THE AP BUILD IS ****. with ap you die instanty and you cant ever get in range to do anyting plus his base damages are so crazy that you dont need to build ap. with this build you have it all you willl be able to 1v5 its op in low elo nobody knows just how crazy strong THE KAISER is. you will outdamage Riven, Rengar, Irelia, Yasuo. With this build you beat EVERYONE in lane if you play well enough you can 1v2 if you get ganked, yes its that good. trust me try it out if you dont play vs a counter or get camped you will pop off, you will carry just try it out this dude he is crazy top.

Runes

The runes dont realy matter, these seem to be THE BEST bet your everyday ad runes will work just fine.

Masteries

This mastery gives you enough movespeed to catch up to opponents that are trying to get away. DFT and thunderlords are boath good also but you neet Stormraiders surge just to stick on escaping opponents becouse you dont have much mobility without it.

Skill Sequence

You need to max q for the dmg if you are realy lossing max w first for the sustain. but q is almost alwais better becouse you often can get all 3 hits in top lane. e second for a little long range poke and to be able to oneshot easyer.

Spells

Ignite is the bomb you do 20 precent of a champins health lvl 6 with ignite plus ulti straigh up.
