Spells

You can opt for Ignite instead of Teleport, but with Teleport, you can do a fast back from recall, or help to defend/attack any other lane. Positioning + farm > kills.

Skill Sequence

Focusing on E, you have a moderate poke distance and has a good amount of creeps, quickly filling your shield (passive). Second, the W also assists in farm, even from distance (targeting a creep), assisting in the poke and providing extra defense (targeting yourself).
