Tips
1. Use alacrity for better dps if the enemy team has medium or low level of CC, If they have medium level of CC you can buy mercury treads or use "Unflinching" in secondary runes.
2. Use tenacity if the enemy team has medium or low CC but you want to build plated steelcaps because the enemy team depend on basic attacks.
