So don't downgrade this! I plan on coming back at level 30 and fixing everything that I don't have filled out at this point.

Other Utilities that could be useful

http://cdn2.mobafire.com/images/summoner-spell/ignite.png this is an option, which would give you a little bit more damage.

http://cdn2.mobafire.com/images/summoner-spell/teleport.png this is also a viable option if you think you'll need to do some quick defending at unguarded towers.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
This set gives Irelia tons of life steal, so that she can pretty much sap anyones health.

When using Hiten Style you will regen so much health it should be fairly easy to survive.

Cons:
You basically have no armor, so it'll be difficult to solo kill until later on in the game.

You don't have any items giving off movement speed so getting out of fights will be difficult without flash.

Skill Sequence

The Skill Sequence is obviously adjustable, i'm going to make a lot of changes considering im only level 13. But getting Hiten Style to its max ASAP is a good idea, considering it will maximize your life steal capabilities.
