Irelia is a melee DPS champion who excels at taking down her opponents fast and plays an assassin like role. She is kinda versatile you could build her like a tank but, the purpose of the guide is to play her like a stone cannon to deal damage and try to get out alive

We get a level in at 1 to farm easier then get at 2 for the slow/stun then get until 5 then get trancendent blades at 6 then proceed to max out Hiten style, after that max Blade surge for the CD and damage and get your ult whenever you can then finally max Equilibrium Strike

A big role of is to get as many minions as possible so she can get alot of gold the reason for this is because Irelia is item dependent and needs items to be better so thus she must farm as much as possible so the easiest way to do that is to Q the low minions and keep doing while regularly auto attacking them so you don't burn your mana too quickly

your combo to inflict Maximum damage is to then activate hiten style and using E to slow/stun them and if they try to get away Ult them.

Irelia's main thing to do in a team fight is to run in take down the ADC/APC then try to burst down every other person once they are dead, though this is not too easy because they will probably be guarded so i suggest you run around them to get a clear shot at them kinda like you would when playing Kha'Zix.
