Items
Should be your first item along with 3 health pots.
Philosopher's stone
This is what you really want to try to get on your first back, along with health pots if you can.
You'll want to grab either of these after Philo, choose one depending on enemy team comp.
I like to get this item afterwards if they have atleast 2 AD on the enemy team.
This item can either replace heart of gold if they have very little AD threat of it can be obtained after heart of gold to nullify AP threats. (I'll usually grab both items)
You'll almost always want this to be your next item for it benifits just about every aspect of Irelia.
Will want to be your next build if you bought a heart of gold earlier.
Just a good item to top it off
