Hello Everyone,
I am Itisiti and this is my first build. I love to use Volibear and I know this build works for me so I thought I could share it with the loverly people of Mobafire.
If you find anything wrong with this build please feel free to let me know, (such as another item instead of a second warmorgs, even thought it will make your 'w' even more OP).

Straight off the bat I would just like to say that I am not to sure what Runes to pick because I dont really use many runes. However I chose the best runes I could think of for this champion.

If you have any suggestions for Runes please let me know as it will come in very handy for people trying to use this build.
Also if you have the time you could even fill out a better Runes Section than me and have yours here instead.

I have chosen this set of masteries because of Volibear's atributes.
He is a tanky champion.
With his 'W' passive more attack speed comes in very handy.
Juggernaut is very useful early game to give his 'W' even more power.

I have built the items on mainly health.
As you can probably see the, Warmorgs and Atma's work extreamly well together because of the high amounts of damage Atma's will deal judging on your extra health.
I get a Frozen Mallet because with your 'E' it doesn't give your target much chance of escaping especially with his 'Q' and Boots of Mobility.
I also get Guardian Angel for the armour and revive abilities of this item. However if you are against an AD team for whatever reason I would recommend getting Thornmail so they deal damage back to themselves and you still have some armour.

When farming I suggest that you use your 'E' to fear the minions and then gain stacks on your 'W' to take minimum damage.
This strategy also works when Jungling to take little amount of damage.

+ Can slow
+ Tanky
+ Very strong 'W'
+ Easy Farm
+ Is a Bear

Weaknesses

- Weak until bought Giants Belt
- Can be easily focused early game.
- Gold Hungry Build

I have chosen, Flash and Ignite because I feel that they can provide a great amounts of damage to a chosen target and also provide Volibear with an escape mechanism if the worst comes to the worst.
When jungling take Smite instead of Ignite to take out the minions.
It is also possible to take Teleport if you want to get to your lane faster.
I would not advise taking heal on Volibear unless you are going to be supporting as him because his passive gives you a lot of health regen anyway.
