What summoners to take?
Heal+Smite:
If you really want to cheese on the enemy's you take smite with heal.
How do you play you might ask, well you just use your Q where you want to use your flash normally. The heal provides a whole new path to success when you gank.
I personally prefer to use this one in combination with the Guardian mastery for ultimate gank potentional.
Flash+smite
This is the easy way out. When you are playing against a jungle that likes to invade I highly recommend taking flash over the heal.

Your starting Pathing

1. Place a ward at the enemy blue- or redbuff
2. See where the enemy starts and start at the other side of the map.
3. Right click your own buff and make sure to not instantly smite your own buff.
4. Run to the enemy buff where the enemy jungler has not started
5. Grove and smite this buff
6. Go back to you bluebuff and take that
7. Try to gank or take some more jungle camps

Just Grove camps where you can but most importantly; GANK
Your Q is a great engage ability and your bushes set you up for some nice teamplay.
Try to get mobility boots to gank even more.
