if you go 1 Health Quint, 2 armor quints, 7 health seals, 2 armor seals and the same marks and glyphs you end up getting same armor and a little bit of health.

Runes: I suggest you to set Greater Glyph of Magic Resist as standard because you generally will face heavy APish damage in such as Annie.

Items: Sightstone is coe but not Ruby Sightstone anymore. Clarify that you should rush Sightstone because it's considered being the best GP10 item because you don't have to waste money in buying normal wards. Talk about the Trinkets in the cheat sheet, starting with Stealth Ward and the switching to Sweeping Lens after purchasing Sightstone. I can get your thinking behind Deathfire Grasp, interesting choice but it's pretty hard to get it used becaus this would force extraordinary communication.

Masteries: Personally I would go for 0/21/9 or 4/21/5 but okay
