Recently, Jarvan IV's passive was nerfed from 10% to 8% current health as bonus physical because he clears jungle too quickly, he became what he used to be, a champion who falls off late game and is not tanky enough.
With my build, Jarvan IV doesn't need his passive to do damage to monsters anymore, he's out of the woods now.
I introduce you to maybe one of the weirdest half-tank half-assassin late game Jarvan IV. He can actually solo kill someone now by the way.
