Jarvan IV is a champion who has high damage in the early game and useful utility in the late game, making him one of the strongest junglers all season long.

Recently, Jarvan IV's passive was nerfed from 10% to 8% current health as bonus physical because he clears jungle too quickly, he became what he used to be, a champion who falls off late game and is not tanky enough.

With my build, Jarvan IV doesn't need his passive to do damage to monsters anymore, he's out of the woods now.
