Twitch can easily kill you later on since he can go invis and kill you before you know it.
Yasuo
If its a good yasuo who knows what he is doing he will follow you when you are reloading all the time and block ur 4th shots with windwalls. If u face a rather new or inexperienced yasuo you will win most of the time
Shaco
Shaco can be difficult to play against if they know what they are doing and because of the invis, if the shaco gets fed you are gonna have a hard time.
Annie
As long as Annie isnt fed you wont have any problems since you out range her and will be able to deal enough dmg to kill her before she gets to hurt you.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn can be hard to play against if they do abuse their range advantage but most Cait players ive faced dont do that and therefore you can abuse your 4th shots and Qs. You should always try to poke the Cait when you can and when its safe since if you get caught while her headshot passive is up you could be in big trouble.
Ashe
Most Ashe players dont know what they are doing, just stay out of the W and poke and you should be fine and win no problem.
Aphelios
With Aphelios you just need to be aware of what weapons he has since his rifle does out range you but if you can get around that and you know what his weapons does it wont be hard and it should be quite even, most of the time the decider comes down to who messes up first.
Jinx
Early on Jinx is not to hard to fight at all from my experience but once she gets going with her attack speed it can be quite close in 1v1s but mostly you wont be running around alone as a Jhin anyways so you should be fine as long as u stay clear of her traps and Ws.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa first becomes a threat if shes fed before that you can easily poke her and win lane if you play it right and dont rush to hard to the point where you start making way to many mistakes.
Kalista
You dont face many kalistas but the ones i have faced have been quite easy to play around and they shouldnt be a problem, when they are a good Kalista player it becomes quite even.
Miss Fortune
Quite easy to win against as long as you dont get poked to much from her Q and E.
Samira
Im putting her at 4 purely because of when she gets ahead she will kill most of your team easily because of how broken she can be with her ult. But if you make sure she doesnt get ahead it will be a peice of cake since u can dodge her Qs easily and bait her W out so you can do dmg.
Senna
Senna has a long range on her Q and her root and as soon as she starts getting her stacks she can out range you and then you will be in trouble. But just like Samira if you play it right and keep her behind you will be fine.
Sivir
She only has her Q which is long ranged but if you dodge that you can kill her easily without taking to much dmg.
Tristana
Tristana can follow you with her Jump when you try to run away which can get you in trouble but its quite even imo comes down to who messes up first.
Kog'Maw
This can be quite even since it can go either way depending who is doing best.
Leona
Leona works well with most adc's and she works great with Jhin as well since she can tank for you and has a couple of stuns to help you deal damage while not taking to much.
Soraka
Soraka imo is great with Jhin because she can heal, she does nice dmg with her slow and has a silence which roots if enemies stay in it long enough. She also has a full team heal which will not only help you but the rest of the team as well
Morgana
Morgana is great since she has aoe dmg, a shield and a root plus her ult which is a stun. Morgana is great at keeping you alive while helping you deal dmg.
Nautilus
I personally love having nautilus as support, he is really tanky, has a hook, knock ups and will keep you alive if the Nautilus plays right.
Thresh
Thresh is a good support in general and just like Leona also works well with Jhin. Thresh has his lantern to help you escape or get into a fight and it shields you, he has a hook and his E which pushes the enemies towards or away from you and to top it off his ult slows big time.
Lulu
Lulu works well since she has slows and her morph which lets you deal free dmg to the enemy plus her ultimate buffs u and makes you huge.
Lux
Lux imo falls with Thresh and Leona just a nice supp overall, has a stun, shield and nice dmg.
Blitzcrank
Blitz can tank, has a hook, a knock up, a silence and a stun if im not mistaken, he can easily slow down or pull enemies away from you if you need that or pull them closer to you so you can finish them off
Braum
I like good Braum players, Braum is tanky and can keep you alive, he has slows and knock ups and over all imo is a great supp for Jhin
Yuumi
It can sorta work but mostly it helps your team, imo yummi doesnt work well with Jhin since she wont be able to protect him very well and Jhin is not an adc that just runs into a fight which you would need to do to land yummi's ult.
Neeko
Neeko can be great because of her stuns and pretty good dmg she also has her clone.
Brand
Brand is very strong since Brand can poke hard and help u burst down the enemy.
Rakan
Works great with Jhin has his kock up, charm Q to slow and his healing shield.
Rell
Very strnog with Jhin since shes tanky, has a stun and her ult pulls enemies closer.
Xerath
Very strong with Jhin just like brand helps burst down enemies and has a stun and a slow plus a long range ult.
Zoe
So ive seen some people start doing Zoe supp and so far i dont think it works well with Jhin but i will do more testing and update this as i get the testing done.

I would suggest going with fleet since the precision tree really offers the most to Jhin in terms of dmg and mana as well. I personally love fleet since i do not buy boots on Jhin just to get as much damage as possible. For the rest of the tree id recommend presence of mind tho you can switch it for overheal or triumph, Legend blood line tho you could try legend alacrity since it should convert the attack speed into damage but id suggest legend blood line for the heal since you wont get any life steal items early and then end with coupe de grace or last stand. For secondary i would suggest sorcery with nimbus cloak and gathering storm tho you can switch nimbus cloak for absolute focus if you want more damage, alternatively you can go domination second with taste of blood and eyeball collection.
Dark harvest
Dark harvest is another rune option but i dont think the domination tree provides much for Jhin and its pretty useless early on since you wont have any DH stacks and it first starts to show in late game, even then you will be easier to take out than if you had additional lifesteal from the precision tree, it also removes a bunch of mobility which could help you chase or escape, that said you will either as i mention in a bit 1 or 2 shot the enemy before they kill you or at least be able to do a nice chunk of dmg. If u do get to the later stages in the game where ur almost full build you will 2 shot or even 1 shot some champs but other than that the domination tree in it self doesnt provide much and isnt of that much use for Jhin also since most of the adc champs are quite mobile unlike Jhin.
