Honestly, I've only just started using her myself and i developed my own playstyle with her after looking at builds on here, criticize all you wish but this is how i build Jinx.
I'm not about to write an entire guide on how to play her- at least not yet, so a build order/runes/masteries list will suffice for now. If i feel the need to after gaining more experience with her i might update it.
