jinx is a farmer hard one.. cause her rocket did AOE dmg and u can farm and harras with it. but its need mana. no mana regen talents > runes > items needed cause its cost 20 mana. try too farm hard and engage only when ur sup goes on and u have safe pos, sup like leona , thresh taric will work hard with jinx cause of cc and tanking behavior also nidalee works with jinx cause she can shoot spears and ur ulti will get kills easy .. no one safe when u have jinx .

in mid game u should build trinity as fast as u can. try too play safe all tim*e she have no defence. place traps under urself too leave enemys fighters focus on u and u should cast ur ulti in late of team fights

in end game team fight's just try too stay back and kill them 1 by 1 if ur team has alot of Aoe dmg use rocket if not play with mini gun.. try too shoot ur ulti into theyr adc or ApC when they have 50% hp or less. if u get assist or a kill ur passive will activate gives u 175% movement speed for 4 sec u can run back if u get focused or going into them forward too kill Another guy.
just RM play safe near ur sup or someone..
